One of those tard moments, like locking your keys in the car....
While I am safe from the title of this blog post, I am not safe from my own self when it comes to observing the keys that are in my bike. So I was running around with my lawn mower and such as it's been on the fritz and anywho....
I managed to leave my key inserted into my bike in the ON position. So, the battery drained. Luckily for me I was able to push the bike up my driveway (it's on a good slant) and ride it down with the clutch in and the bike in second gear. Right before I started to get close to the bottom, clutch out and the engine turned over. After a 15 minute motorcycle ride to charge my battery, all is good.
Just have to smile that things you hear about actually work when you need them.
