I will now be running around on my bike with a 2gb sandisk memory card which will hold 80 minutes worth of video. Now now, what does video have to do with motorcycles? I mean, it's not like I can strap a camcorder on my head and be like, "HEY WHATS UP MY PEEPS!! IT'S A BIKER W/ A CAMCORDER!!" or can I? :P
10,300 mi.
Drive chain tightened & rear brake pedal freeplay adjusted.
This happened about a week ago and I'm going to go ahead and write about this now. I have had many incidences in the past with people who don't see me and they try to merge into my lane. I can somewhat forgive that, because they aren't really looking out for me. This particular incident, the driver of the car KNEW I was in the lane next to him. We had been playing "leap frog" on the road for a while, ie, I'm going a constant speed and he's speeding up to pass, then he drops down, and then I pass him... yeah you know the type.
On my way up to the university this morning, I was about 2-3 miles from campus and my shifter started to stick in the downshift position. I was like, what the crap?!
For those who may not know why this is an issue, I will go ahead and give a brief synopsis of how this affects me. Motorcycles are manual transmission. My gearbox has the following gear pattern. 1-N-2-3-4-5. The way that you switch gears is to pull in the clutch (left hand) and then use your left foot and go either up or down depending on what you are doing (higher gears = faster top speed, lower gears = lower speed).
